- Rental Period: The rental period commences and concludes as mutually agreed upon by Rent My Roll and the customer.
- Rental Fee: Customers are responsible for the agreed-upon rental fee, encompassing the entire rental duration as specified in the booking.
- Responsibility: Customers are obligated to operate the scooter safely and maintain its proper care during the rental period.
- Damage/Loss: Customers assume liability for any damage to or loss of the scooter while it is under their possession during the rental term.
- Prohibited Use: The scooter must not be utilized for any unlawful activities or in violation of local traffic regulations.
- Reporting/Maintenance: Customers are required to promptly report any issues or malfunctions with the scooter and perform basic maintenance tasks as necessary during the rental period.
- Cancellation Policy: Customers reserve the right to cancel their rental at any time. However, in the event of rescheduling, Rent My Roll requires a minimum 24-hour advance notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will incur a $70 cancellation fee.
- Acknowledgment of Terms: Customers acknowledge and accept the rental terms and conditions upon making a booking with Rent My Roll.
- Disclaimer: Rent My Roll disclaims any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of the scooter rented by the customer.
- Governing Law: This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
